Introducing the Storyblok Deals Feature

Storyblok is the first headless CMS that works for developers & marketers alike.

As part of our ongoing journey to improve our Partner Program experience, we’ve now created a new tool inside our Partner Portal to help our Partners track their ongoing leads. It will also serve as a bridge between our Partners and their Partner Success Managers. In essence, it will make it easier for everyone to keep track of each lead and its progress in your agency sales pipeline.

Deal Stages

There are four deal stages for you to choose from, depending on how far along the process you are to closing the deal.

Discovery: This is the early stage of the lead, right after you respond to a proposal from a client.

Negotiation: When you are actively negotiating the deal with your client, and preparing to close the deal and begin production.

Won: All leads that have been won and production has begun on those spaces.

Lost: Any deal that didn’t pan out for any reason should be dropped in the ‘Lost’ column.

When Should I Register a Deal?

In most cases, as soon as you respond to a proposal from a prospective client, you should add the lead into the Deals tab. This will help you keep track of all your current leads and their deal stages.
