EU Digital Services Act - Notice
Effective as of 17 February 2024
The EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC, hereinafter the “Digital Services Act ”) regulates online intermediaries and platforms such as marketplaces, social networks, content-sharing platforms, app stores, and online travel and accommodation platforms. Main goal is to prevent illegal and harmful activities online and the spread of disinformation. The Digital Services Act shall ensure user safety, protection of fundamental rights, and creation of a fair and open online platform environment. To support the goals and to comply with the Digital Services Act, Storyblok provides the following information:
Single Point of Contact (Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA)
For Users located in the European Union (EU), EU authorities, the EU Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services, the single point of contact to communicate directly with Storyblok regarding the Digital Services Act is legal@storyblok.com. English and German are the preferred languages for communication with Storyblok. However, we will still try to evaluate your request if you communicate with us in another EU Member State language.
When sending messages to legal@storyblok.com, please include sufficient information in order to enable us to verify and evaluate the request, including your full name, name of the legal entity on whose behalf you are contacting Storyblok (if applicable), name of the EU authority on whose behalf you are contacting Storyblok (if applicable), and an email address to reply to you if this is not visible from the email you are sending us. Our team will carefully assess your request and get in contact with you.

Storyblok respects the rights of others and it is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the Storyblok Services is illegal or violates applicable law. If you see specific items of information hosted by Storyblok that you consider to be illegal you can submit your concern to legal@storyblok.com. IN addition to the information detailed above (see under Single Point of Contact), please include detailed information on the illegal pieces of information(e.g. links, URLs, screenshots, or other report or information that might be relevant) and reasoning for your assessment (=information why you deem certain information to be illegal) in your report. Storyblok will carefully assess your request and conduct necessary investigations.
