Please be advised that by default, Storyblok does not share with OpenAI any user data such as login credentials (name, email, etc.) or content stored by the user on Storyblok services.
OpenAI will have access to the content that you as a user select or insert to the AI interface. To learn how OpenAI uses the data you share with them, we strongly advise you to read the OpenAI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which can be found on the OpenAI website.

1. User Responsibility for Content Selection/sharing:

You are solely responsible for selecting/choosing the content you wish to share with the AI for processing. You agree that you will not include any sensitive data (including but not limited to data about religious beliefs, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, etc.) within content shared with OpenAI.

While we strive to provide accurate and valuable results, we cannot guarantee nor warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the outputs generated by OpenAI's language model. Please exercise caution and verify any information or results generated by AI.

You agree to comply with OpenAI's terms of use and privacy policy, which can be reviewed on OpenAI’s website. This includes transferring your data to OpenAI's servers based in the US. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these terms and policies.

4. Liability Disclaimer:

We disclaim any liability for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of our product or the use of OpenAI's language model.

5. Compliance with your organization’s policies:

It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of AI-powered features is in compliance with your organization’s AI policies.

6. Opt-Out Option:

You have the option to opt out of using AI features at any time by adjusting your settings within the application. Opting out will prevent any further data from being shared with OpenAI.
