As the German retail powerhouse and backpack brand, available in over 50 countries, marked its 10th anniversary, they completely revamped their online identity. Collaborating with Brandung and building on an ongoing relationship with Storyblok, the project aimed to overhaul the website with a focus on a modern, cohesive brand experience.

Brandung, with over 20 years of experience in offering digital and AI solutions alongside tailored user experiences, delivered a complete redesign of the user interface, optimization of the flexible content management system (Storyblok), and a strategic alignment of digital touchpoints with the brand's new vision. As a result, after the launch, they measured a 10% reduction in bounce rate, increased session duration by 3%, and, most importantly, an increased conversion rate by 10%.
